Vicky McVeigh is a highly experienced Invoice Finance specialist with over 25 years of industry expertise. As Head of Client Services, she plays a pivotal role in leading a team that collectively ensures the seamless day-to-day running of Upstream.

Her in-depth knowledge of operational processes, risk management and client-focused solutions make her an invaluable asset to both the team and the clients she supports. Vicky was one of the original Upstream team and she has built and developed the Client Services team that underpins the service ethic that Upstream delivers consistently.

Client Services Management Team

Vicky’s team of Client Services Managers manage the day to day running of a portfolio of SME’s and mid corporate level businesses. They are often the first point of contact for Upstream clients, helping to form and build strong and trusted relationships as they scale their businesses and navigate their funding journeys.

Collectively this team is responsible for sales ledger reconciliation, credit control, credit and risk analysis for funding limits and supporting the Relationship and Acquisition Managers, and the wider leadership team in Upstream.
