Client Services Manager
Carol Mackey has been with Upstream since 2014, joining Vicky’s team and transitioning to a new career in finance from the non-financial services sector. As a Client Services Manager, Carol supports client portfolio management, credit management and financial reconciliation, thereby ensuring smooth operations and aligned strategies for the business and for our clients. On a daily basis, Carol also oversees Bank reconciliations between Upstream and client accounts to maximise access to funding.
