Joanne joins the team following a long and distinguished career of more than 35 years at Danske Bank, where she served as Financial Control and VAT Manager. During her tenure, she gained extensive experience in financial reporting, compliance, and client relationship management, overseeing complex audit processes and ensuring rigorous adherence to regulatory requirements.

Her depth of knowledge in operational controls, risk assessment, and financial governance, coupled with her strong interpersonal skills, makes her a valuable addition to the Upstream ABL team.
